Photo 3 could be middle road outside Bugis Junction. The modern building in the background looks like the one at Victoria St/Middle Rd junction - the one with This Fashion. Which means the lane could be Malabar St.
Yes, Photo 3 would be looking out from where the current National Library now stands. That building on the right would be where the Intercontinental Hotel is today.
Oops. Thanks for pointing out the error. Got misled by the side view of the shophouse.

These Four Pictures are looking really Totally Different. The Developing Street on Present Day is looking very broad and Beautiful.
